Ray O. Etheridge - Founder
Ray founded Etheridge Property Management in the 1970's by way of his incredible work ethic and background in accounting. Ray passed in June 2025 and he is and will forever be greatly missed by the entire EPM team.
Angie Tubb
Angie was a valuable asset to the EPM team for decades. She served primarily in the Accounting Department. Angie passed on May 3, 2024 and she will be gravely missed by the entire EPM team.
