Kim is truly one of a kind. She will be missed tremendously—not only as a valued member of Etheridge Property Management, but as a trusted resource, advocate, and familiar presence to countless owners, residents, board members, vendors, and colleagues.

While her retirement marks the end of an extraordinary chapter, it also celebrates the remarkable legacy she leaves behind: a legacy of excellence, dedication, integrity, and service.
